Meaning, ask for it to be signed to you, Joe, Julie, John, whatever you name may be. We will not honor any requests that do not give the name of the person the autographed photo is being sent to. Second, simply send a 9x12 self-addressed stamped envelope to the following address exactly as it is listed here: JOY LAUREN Autographed Photo Request c/o in Momemtum Management 14622 Ventura Blvd., #778 Sherman Oaks, California 91403 That's it.
